The Runaway Greenhouse Effect is scaring lots of us these days, and the La Palma Megatsunami has always been a coastal-dweller's worry, but the Gamma Ray Burst is one that haunts my personal nightmares. Oh, and the Hydroxyl Collapse was an entirely new one to me that this site taught me about!
Last week I read a great many scary things; this was one of them. This week I really need to try to read fluff, because even if our world is just a simulation or about to encounter a black hole, I still need to be able to sleep at night.
